5- ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH COMPLIANCE FORM- **Food Traders Only (Available for download) 

6- All Traders must review and adhere to the The Product safety leaflet. (Available for download) 

7- APPENDED TO YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

- Gas Safe Certification (Screenshots will not be acepted) 

- Food Hygiene Certificates (Screenshots will not be accepted) 

- Insurances (Screenshots will not be accepted) 

- Equipment Safety Check/ Test Certificates (Screenshots will not be accepted)
